Apricot Media Gets Redesign!

This post is just to announce that Apricot Media has received a minor redesign!  The primary differences will be found on the homepage, where we’ve attempted to better highlight some of our featured websites.  

If anyone has any feedback regarding the design, or finds any bugs, please let us know.   The only known bug right now is IE6 compatibility, though I’m not sure anyone still uses that browser any longer.

Recipe Bay

I am proud to announce that as of a couple of weeks ago, Apricot Media was able to acquire Recipe Bay, which we felt was both a valuable and fantastic domain name with some incredible possibilities.   Obviously we felt development was the way to go, so we are currently in the process of building Recipe Bay into a recipe website/blog that people will hopefully find useful.  

Though far from a “social” website, our plans include allowing the community to submit and publish their favorite recipes to share with other readers.  We already have a number of categories up and running, including specialty recipe categories such as Gluten Free Recipes, Dairy Free Recipes, Sugar Free Recipes, Low Fat Recipes, Low Carb Recipes, and even Vegan/Vegetarian recipes!

As of this post, the official website and blog for Apricot Media has now officially launched!

But wait! Before you get to excited, Apricot Media dot com will primarily serve as a splash page for the latest Apricot Media news and announcements. We will, however, work on adding some content pages to our blog, so we recommend you subscribe to our feed.
